The Website is operated by:

By accessing the Website, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website or purchase products through it.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective once published on the Website. Customers should review the applicable Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

3. Services Provided
We offer garments and related products through our Website, including ready-to-purchase products and products manufactured according to customer selections and specifications.
Customers may browse available products, select options where applicable, provide required information, and complete purchases through the Website.
Certain products may be made specifically according to customer requirements, including selected sizes, measurements, fabrics, colours, designs, or other customisation options.
Due to differences in screen settings, device displays, and manufacturing processes, we cannot guarantee that colours, textures, or product appearance displayed on the Website will be identical to the final product received.
4. Products and Availability
All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities available for purchase;
- Refuse or cancel orders where products are unavailable;
- Correct errors relating to product descriptions, availability, or pricing.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution, which may include offering an alternative product or issuing a refund where applicable.
Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided to give customers the most accurate representation possible. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, and product finishing.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Certain products available on the Website may be produced specifically according to customer selections, measurements, specifications, or personalised requirements.
Because these products are individually prepared for each customer and may not have resale value, made-to-order products are subject to specific conditions regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Customers purchasing made-to-order products acknowledge that:
- The production process may begin after order confirmation;
- Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins, subject to the conditions specified in these Terms;
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or incorrect information submitted by the customer may not be accepted.
Once production has commenced, changes, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds may no longer be possible due to the personalised nature of the product and costs incurred, except where required by applicable law or covered under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Customers purchasing made-to-order products remain protected under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, where applicable, as described in the relevant section of these Terms.
6. Prices and Currency
Prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency applicable to the customer's selected market or delivery destination.
The available currency may vary depending on the customer’s selected market or delivery destination.
The final price charged to the customer will be the amount displayed at checkout.
Customers purchasing from countries where the displayed currency differs from their payment card currency acknowledge that their payment provider may apply exchange rate differences or additional fees.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed include applicable taxes charged by the Company. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or government charges applicable in their destination country.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available on the Website.
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that:
- The payment information provided is accurate;
- They are authorised to use the selected payment method;
- The payment provider has authorised the transaction.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
For Cash on Delivery orders, processing and delivery are subject to confirmation of the order and availability of the service.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, fraudulent activity is suspected, or where other circumstances prevent fulfilment.
7.1 Cash on Delivery (United Arab Emirates only)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates only. It is not available for international orders.
Where Cash on Delivery is selected:
- Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery;
- A Cash on Delivery handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout;
- The order will not be completed until payment is received;
- Made-to-order products are produced before delivery and cannot be resold.
Customers selecting Cash on Delivery acknowledge their commitment to accept delivery of the order once confirmed.
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the door, or delivery cannot be completed after a reasonable number of attempts, the Company reserves the right to charge the customer the delivery and return shipping costs incurred, and to require prepayment on any future orders.
The Company may restrict or remove Cash on Delivery availability for customers with repeated unsuccessful deliveries, refused orders, or misuse of the service.
8. Order Process and Contract Formation
When a customer places an order through the Website, they submit a request to purchase the selected products under these Terms and Conditions.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email acknowledging receipt of the order.
The order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order. The contract between the customer and the Company is formed when the Company confirms acceptance of the order or begins processing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product availability issues;
- Incorrect pricing or product information displayed on the Website;
- Suspected fraudulent activity;
- Payment issues;
- Incorrect customer information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the customer will be refunded using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
8.1 Orders Placed Through Messaging Channels
Where the Company accepts orders, amendments, or confirmations through WhatsApp, live chat, or other messaging channels, these Terms and Conditions apply to those orders in the same way as to orders placed through the Website.
An order placed through a messaging channel is confirmed only once the customer has received a written confirmation from the Company and payment has been completed. Messages, requests, or discussions that have not been confirmed by the Company do not constitute an order.
9. Order Changes and Cancellation
Customers may request changes or cancellation of an order within a limited period after order confirmation.
The possibility of changing or cancelling an order depends on the product type and production stage.
For ready-to-purchase products, cancellation requests may be accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the customer may request a return in accordance with these Terms.
For made-to-order products, production may begin shortly after order confirmation or after confirmation of the required measurements, selections, or specifications. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible due to the personalised nature of the product and costs incurred.
Express production or expedited orders may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once processing has started.
Customers should contact Customer Service as soon as possible if they wish to request an order change or cancellation.
10. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver orders to the countries and destinations available through the Website.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during the purchasing process or communicated after order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Product type;
- Production requirements;
- Destination country;
- Customs procedures;
- Courier delays;
- Public holidays;
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided during checkout is complete and accurate, including address details, contact information, and any delivery location confirmed by the customer. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged to the customer.
Where a customer provides a map location, delivery pin, or additional delivery instructions, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that such information is accurate and accessible.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
11. Receipt of Order and Delivery Issues
Customers should inspect their order upon receipt.
In case of:
- Damaged packaging;
- Missing items;
- Incorrect products received;
- Delivery issues;
customers should contact Customer Service within a reasonable period after delivery and provide the required information, including photographs or supporting documents where necessary.
Failure to notify the Company within the required timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.
12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
12.1 Ready-to-Purchase Products
For eligible ready-to-purchase products, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused;
- The product is in its original condition;
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included;
- The product has not been altered, personalised, or damaged.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products meet these conditions.
Products that do not meet the return requirements may be refused.
Products that have been washed, worn beyond reasonable inspection, altered, personalised, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hygiene-sensitive products or products that have been used may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by the Company or a defective product.
12.2 Made-to-Order and Customised Products
Products manufactured according to customer selections, measurements, specifications, or personalised requirements are not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect measurements, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
This includes products where the customer has selected specific:
- Measurements;
- Sizes;
- Fabrics;
- Colours;
- Designs;
- Customisation options.
This does not affect the customer’s rights in cases where products are defective, incorrectly manufactured, or where a remedy is available under the Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Where required by applicable law, customers will be informed before completing their order that made-to-order and personalised products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, and will be asked to acknowledge this at the point of purchase.
However, customers are protected under our Perfect Fit Guarantee as described below.
The Perfect Fit Guarantee applies only to eligible made-to-order products and does not constitute a general right to return or exchange products.
13. Sizing, Measurements and Fit
Made-to-order products are produced according to the measurements and fit preferences associated with the order at the time it is confirmed. The Company offers several methods of establishing a size, and responsibility differs depending on the method selected.
13.1 Methods of Establishing a Size
- Estimated measurements — measurements generated by the Company’s sizing tools based on information provided by the customer, and reviewed and confirmed by the customer before ordering;
- Self-measurement — measurements taken by the customer following the instructions provided;
- Existing garment — measurements taken by the customer from a garment they already own;
- Tailor appointment — measurements taken by a Company representative during an appointment, where available.
Regardless of the method used, the customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming the final measurements, fit preference, and customisation details displayed before completing the order. The measurements confirmed at the point of order are the measurements used in production.
13.2 Estimated Measurements
Estimated measurements are an indication based on the information provided and are not a guarantee of fit. They are presented to the customer for review and adjustment before the order is placed.
13.3 Saved Sizes and Repeat Orders
Where a size is saved to a customer account, it reflects the measurements at the time it was created. Customers are responsible for reviewing and updating saved measurements before placing a further order.
This applies in particular to products for children, where measurements may change significantly over short periods. The Company is not responsible for fit issues arising from the use of saved measurements that are no longer accurate.
13.4 Perfect Fit Guarantee
If a made-to-order product does not fit correctly, the customer may be eligible for assistance under the Perfect Fit Guarantee, subject to its conditions.
The scope of the Perfect Fit Guarantee, the products and orders to which it applies, and the remedies available are set out in full on the Perfect Fit Guarantee page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Company will determine the most appropriate remedy based on the nature of the issue. Where a remake is provided, the original product may be required to be returned.
The Company may amend the Perfect Fit Guarantee from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
13.5 Making a Claim
To request assistance under the Perfect Fit Guarantee, customers must contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery and provide:
- The order number;
- A description of the fit issue;
- Photographs of the product being worn, where requested;
- Any measurements or further information requested by the Company.
Customers should follow the instructions provided by the customer service team and should not alter the product before contacting the Company.
13.6 Exclusions
The Perfect Fit Guarantee does not apply where:
- The product has been altered, modified, or repaired without prior approval;
- The product has been damaged, worn heavily, or washed contrary to the care instructions after delivery;
- The issue relates to personal preference or style choice rather than fit;
- The issue relates to expected variations described in these Terms, including variations in colour, texture, or finishing;
- The customer’s body measurements have changed after the order was confirmed;
- Saved measurements were used that no longer reflect the customer’s current measurements;
- The issue arises from a fit preference, length, or style option selected and confirmed by the customer during the order process.
The Perfect Fit Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any rights the customer has under applicable consumer protection law.
14. Customisation Services
Certain products available on the Website may include customisation options that allow customers to personalise their purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the customisation process is accurate and complete, including but not limited to:
- Measurements;
- Personal details;
- Selected options;
- Custom text or engraving details;
- Product preferences.
The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Customised products may not be eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or refunds unless covered under applicable consumer rights or our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
We reserve the right to refuse customisation requests that are inappropriate, unlawful, infringe third-party rights, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

The Company does not guarantee availability of appointments in all locations or at all requested times.
Where measurements are taken by a Company representative during an appointment, those measurements are confirmed with the customer and used in production in accordance with Section 13.

27. Production Times and Peak Periods
Production times for made-to-order products are indicated during the purchasing process and are estimates.
During periods of high demand, including Ramadan, Eid, and other peak seasons, production and delivery times may be longer than usual. Where a longer production time applies, this will be indicated before the order is placed or communicated after order confirmation.
Estimated production times do not include delays caused by customer approval, missing information, measurement confirmation, or requested changes.
28. Materials and Product Variation
Products are made from natural and blended materials. Minor variation is an expected characteristic of these materials and of made-to-order production.
Variation may include:
- Slight differences in colour or shade between production batches;
- Natural variation in texture, weave, or finish;
- Minor variation in measurements within accepted production tolerances;
- Changes in appearance or dimensions after washing, where care instructions are not followed.
Such variation is not considered a defect. Customers should follow the care instructions provided with the product.
